Designing your dictation workflow can be done through a simple interface which allows you to realise an efficient workflow. No need to install software.

Authors can download the ODMS Cloud smartphone dictation app and send dictations directly to the ODMS Cloud account, from the phone.

NOTE: Dictations made with the ODMS Cloud smartphone dictation app can only be sent directly to your ODMS Cloud account and can only be accessed via your phone or via your ODMS Cloud account in the browser.

Your typist will require a subscription to your ODMS Cloud account to be able to access the files for transcription.

Typists can use Olympus RS-28H and RS-31H foot pedals, and OM System RS-28N and RS-31N foot pedals, for transcription within the ODMS Cloud account.

ODMS Cloud offers the following:

• Easy to establish dictation workflows without the need for a dedicated server.
• ODMS Cloud can be accessed from both Windows and Mac.
• If users have a PC connected to the internet, authors can upload their dictation files to their ODMS Cloud account and transcriptionists can access them anytime, anywhere.
• When you connect an OM System digital recorder (includes Olympus DS-9500/DS-9000/DS2600 and OM DS-9100/DS-2700) via usb, (including via docking station), it will automatically detect the device and upload the dictation files on the device to your ODMS Cloud account.
• Dictations recorded using the dedicated ODMS Cloud smartphone app (included in the author’s subscription) can be uploaded directly to your ODMS Cloud account from the smartphone app.
• Administrators can configure various settings, such as user management, licence management, licence issue requests and workflow design from the ODMS Cloud web screen.
• Information such as licence usage status and expiration date are displayed in a list.
• The assigned transcriptionist will be notified when a new dictation is uploaded to the ODMS Cloud account.
• Dictations uploaded to the ODMS Cloud are displayed in a list with the transcription status.

  Once you have registered, you will automatically be allocated 100 trial licences to assign to authors and typists. Once authors have been assigned a licence, they can set up their log in credentials and then download the ODMS Cloud smartphone dictation app, to send dictations directly to the ODMS Cloud account from their phone, or they can download files from their Olympus DS-9500/DS-9000/DS-2600/DS-7000/ DS3500/DS-5000//DS-3400 or the new OM System DS-9100 or DS-2700. Typists can use the Olympus foot pedals RS-28H and RS-31H, and OM System foot pedals RS-31N and RS-28N with ODMS Cloud.
• Philips DPM8000 is also now compatible with ODMS Cloud

This is not a physical product.

You will receive instructions to set up your ODMS Cloud account, or if you already have an account your new ODMS Cloud licence will be allocated to your ODMS Cloud account.
