How do I place an order?
Peruse our online store. When you are ready to order simply click the 'Add To Cart' button to add each product to your shopping cart.
To check out and pay:
- Click the shopping cart image to the top right or click the 'Check Out' button in your cart.
- Fill in your delivery and payment details.
- Select your chosen payment option.
- Click the 'Pay now' button to complete your purchase.
Can I add or remove items from my cart?
Yes, you can modify your cart until you confirm your order.
Click the '+' and '-' buttons to change the quantity of each product selected.
Can I place an order via phone?
Yes. Call us on 1300 662 173 to speak with one of our friendly Products Team, who will take your order over the phone.
What payment options do you offer?
We accept:
- Credit card payments using Visa, Mastercard, and American Express,
- Bank deposits from your bank account, and
- PayPal payments.
Do you accept Government Purchase Orders?
Yes. We accept purchase orders from all Australian government bodies.

Can I visit your store to look at products?
Our online store operates out of an office based in Milton, Brisbane Qld. We do not have a sales room.
If you wish to look at a product prior to purchasing you are welcome to visit our Milton, Brisbane-based office by prior arrangement only.

Do you have all products in stock?
Pacific Transcription usually has all popular models of the OM System Professional Dictaphone range and the Philips Professional digital recorder range in stock, as well as a wide variety of professional dictation and transcription accessories and microphones.
If an item is not in stock, we will contact you by phone or email, usually on the day of purchase (excluding weekends and public holidays) to confirm delivery times for that product.
If you need a product urgently, please call our Products Team on 1300 662 173 to discuss availability and delivery.
Do you Price Match?
Pacific Transcription will consider a price match of any genuine advertised price for OM System Professional Audio products and Philips Dictation products available within Australia.
Please contact us with the full details of the advertised price, the name of the retailer offering it, and whether the retailer has the product in stock so that we can verify the price and conditions.

What payment methods do you accept?

Do you offer COD?
Sorry, we do not offer cash on delivery (COD) mode of payment.
Do you accept payments in currencies other than Australian dollars?
All prices listed on the Pacific Transcription online store are in Australian dollars and include GST.

What are your shipping options?
Australia-wide Shipping
All deliveries within Australia are via Australia Post Express Post, except for products going to a business address within greater Brisbane, which are delivered via CouriersPlease.
International Shipping
Please contact us before placing an order to confirm whether we can ship to your location and the cost of shipping.
How much does shipping cost?
Pacific Transcription charges a flat rate of $19.00 inc. GST per order.
For bulk orders please contact us on 1300 662 173 before ordering to confirm the shipping cost.
Can I pick up my purchase from your Milton, Brisbane office?
Yes. You may collect your order from our office in Milton (Brisbane) Qld, by prior arrangement.
Our address is: 37 Gordon Street, Milton, Qld 4064.
If you select this option, we will contact you to arrange a pick-up time.
Pick-up is available between 9:30 am and 5:00 pm on weekdays and is only available via prior arrangement.
If you need to arrange an alternative delivery option, please contact us on 1300 662 173 BEFORE placing an order through our online store.
When are orders dispatched?
Items are usually dispatched on the day payment is received, or the next business day, provided they are in stock.
Pacific will not dispatch products that have not been paid for.
When can I expect to take delivery of my purchase?
The Australia Post Express Post Delivery Network usually guarantees next-day delivery between Pacific Transcription’s Milton (Brisbane) office and most major metropolitan locations in Queensland, Victoria, New South Wales, Tasmania, South Australia (Adelaide only), and Western Australia (some suburbs of Perth only).
Extreme weather conditions and other major events may cause delays in delivery times.
Delivery to other locations within Australia is usually 2-3 days, but remote areas may take longer.
The local courier service CouriersPlease, guarantees next-day delivery between Pacific’s Milton (Brisbane) office and most greater Brisbane and southeast Queensland business locations.

What is your return policy?
If you change your mind within 7 days of purchase, we are happy to accept returns of unused, unopened, and undamaged products and issue a full refund, less postage and handling, and a restocking fee equal to 15% of the value of the goods, or exchange it for an alternative product (a second postage and handling charge will apply).

Manufacturer's Warranty
OM System products come with a one-year manufacturer’s warranty.
Philips products come with a two-year manufacturer’s warranty for products and a six-month warranty for accessories.
